We consult this executive database during the research phase of each executive search assignment. It is just one of the numerous sourcing steps that we take to identify qualified individuals for consideration.

Regrettably, we are unable to accept telephone calls inquiring about submitted profiles. However, we will review your information and contact you if your background is appropriate for one of our current assignments, and your profile will remain in our proprietary database for future review.

When you send us a copy of your résumé, it is to enable us to have a better understanding of your background, experience and career goals. This information goes directly into our proprietary database in a secure environment separate from our public web site.
